Just a few items I came across recently. I have several more things I'll post later.

The Worst Congress Ever: Just when I thought I couldn't get any more disgusted with how our "leaders" in D.C. are running things, I came across this article in Rolling Stone magazine. It is simply ridiculous that we have a bunch of arrogant children making decision that will determine the future of this country. Oops...wait...not....they don't think about the future, they think about the next couple months or years and what they have to do to get re-elected rather than what's best for their grand children.

Adopt A Microbe: I absolutely love these microbe personifications by Emma Lurie. I wonder if they are the by-product of drinking all that tequila (see the picture in her profile....cute, intelligent, talented, and occassionally drunk).

Soooo cliche: My favorites from this list of reviews from amazon.com are Romeo and Juliet, 1984, and Brace New World. Weep for our future.

Godless Money: I need to get one of these stamps as well as the FSM (Flying Spaghetti Monster) version.

Cool Building: The Ministry of Transportation in Tblisi, Georgia (note for Americans: the former Soviet republic, not the state) sure is a groovy building.

Protein Synthesis Orgy: This is a hilarious live-action representation of protein synthesis. Looks like a good time though.
